1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using EasyQuoting ("Service", "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
EasyQuoting is a web-based application that allows users to create, manage, and share professional quotes, estimates, and invoices. The Service is provided on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) basis.
3. Account registration
To use EasyQuoting, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
4. Free and Pro plans
Free plan
The free plan allows up to 5 estimates and 5 invoices per month (counted as lifetime totals) and up to 10 clients. The free plan includes a watermark on PDFs and a promotional footer on public pages.
Pro plan
The Pro plan is a paid subscription at the current rate displayed on our pricing page. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal purposes or in violation of any applicable law
- Transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written permission
- Use the Service to create fraudulent quotes or invoices
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service by automated means
6. Your content
You retain full ownership of all content you create using EasyQuoting (quotes, invoices, client data, company information). By using the Service, you grant EasyQuoting a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of quotes, estimates, and invoices you create and send to clients.
7. Public share links
When you activate a public share link for a quote or estimate, that document is accessible to anyone with the link. You are responsible for managing the distribution of your share links. EasyQuoting is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from link sharing.
8. Intellectual property
EasyQuoting and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and brand identity may not be used without prior written permission.
9. Service availability
We strive to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues. We are not liable for any losses caused by service interruptions.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyQuoting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to EasyQuoting in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
12. Account termination
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
13. Changes to terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which EasyQuoting is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
